Well, hello there!

My name is Heather Champ and I’m completely enamoured with how the internet has enabled truly creative people to so generously share a slice of themselves with the rest of us. In my previous life as Director of Community at Flickr, I was lucky to have an opportunity to dip my toe into an ocean of gorgeous work and share that via posts on FlickrBlog. It’s taken awhile, but I’ve come to realize how much I miss exploring and sharing the work of others.

While I could have created posts on my own personal site, I wanted to separate out the navel gazing from celebrating the work of others. Champalicious is very much a work in progress, but I’m hoping that I’ll have an opportunity to curate bits and pieces related to my passion for photography — people, their work, gear, etc.
